I understand I will not receive a certificate for the 100-hour course until I have provided proof. “Current” training means that the certification provided by the certification agency has not expired. If I am not current, I understand that completion of this training is required in order to take the test and complete the 100-hour certification.
- I understand I must have Zoom capability with a working camera, microphone, and speakers. Test Zoom here.
- I understand I may not miss more than 20 minutes of any one class, or it will have to be repeated at my expense.
-You must provide a copy of your Nursing Home Administrator License if choosing the test only option.
For the 100-hour course, we offer a split payment option. Payment of $725 is due up front and a payment of $725 is due by second week of class. Please call (717) 316-0096 and you will be provided a Venmo and PayPal links to pay. We only accept these payment methods for our split payment option.
Refunds for the 100-Hour Course will not be issued once the course is within seven (7) days of the scheduled start date. All registrations become non-refundable at that time.
